Wherever possible it is our aim to employ individuals who are locally based. We insist on an application form being completed and we also ask for written references that are automatically followed up.

When a new member of staff is working for us, his or her performance is monitored very closely and daily checks are made until we are confident that they are acceptable to the client and to ourselves.
